TP-Link has listed a new smart bulb called the Tapo L510E on the TP-Link Malaysia website. What’s this bulb all about? We take a quick look.
The Tapo L510E is a dimmable smart bulb – meaning you can only adjust the brightness. The temperature is set at 2700K . The type of white you are getting at 2700K is ‘warm white’ – something like an incandescent light bulb. The socket size is E27 and has a brightness of 800 lumens; not too bad.
The Tapo L510E , just like the other smart bulbs from TP-Link, do not require a hub to operate. All you have to do is twist the bulb in and start the setup process.
You control the bulb via the Tapo app (Android and iOS). Voice assistants are also supported – Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Currently it is listed as ‘Coming Soon’ on the TP-Link website. No price has been mentioned nor retail date. Stay with Jumpadevice as we bring you updated information on when it will reach Malaysia.
